A family tradition of care
Susana’s Daycare Center is a family-owned, licensed childcare center with deep roots in the Garfield community. Founded by Susana, her journey began in 1999 when she opened a home daycare, providing dedicated, hands-on care for local families. Through years of commitment, compassion, and strong relationships, she built a trusted reputation that led her to expand her vision in 2009, opening Susana’s Daycare Center to create a larger, safe, and welcoming space for children to learn and grow.
Her passion for nurturing and supporting children remains the foundation of the daycare today. Now led by her daughter, Cristal, the center continues its family tradition of providing high-quality childcare in a warm, supportive environment. Cristal carries on her mother’s mission by creating a home-away-from-home for families in Garfield and the surrounding communities, with a focus on small group sizes, strong family relationships, and a learning environment where children feel supported and encouraged every day.
