Cristal Lopez
Director
Hi, I’m Cristal Lopez! I’ve been working with young children since we opened Susana’s Daycare Center in 2009. I hold my CDA (Child Development Associate) credential and am CPR and First Aid certified.
I love creating fun, engaging, and imaginative experiences for children, especially through reading and dramatic play. Growing up in Garfield, NJ, this community is close to my heart, and I enjoy building strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families.
Outside of work, I love trying new restaurants with my family and practicing yoga—it’s a great way to relax and recharge!
Hi, my name is Jasmine Zapata, and I have been a dedicated teacher’s assistant at Susana’s Daycare Center for over three years. I am CPR and First Aid certified and specialize in caring for infants and toddlers. I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where young children can grow and thrive.
I truly enjoy supporting early development through activities like arts and crafts, reading, and interactive play. I believe in building strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families, and I take pride in helping each child feel loved, comfortable, and confident every day.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and spending quality time with my children and family, creating special memories together.

Cecilia Ramirez Tomas

Hello, my name is Cecilia Ramírez Tomas. I’ve been part of Susana’s Daycare Center for five years and truly enjoy helping children grow and learn. I care for every child with love and dedication, and I’m trained in CPR, First Aid, and other courses to provide the best care possible. I strive to create a safe, engaging environment through activities like play, music, and reading.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking, sewing, and spending time with my family.
My name is Lisette Nuñez and I have been an Assistant teacher at Susana’s Daycare Center for two years. I enjoy working with children of all ages. My favorites activities are singing, dancing, coloring, and playing games. It brings me joy to see them smile.
In my free time I enjoy gardening, reading, cooking new recipes, and going to church activities.
